Operational boundaries

Clear scope. Clear consent. Clear record.

These principles are built into the booking, operator, and completion workflows.

Pilot activation notice

The website currently accepts mission requests and operator applications. A mission is fulfilled only after written scope confirmation, licensing classification, access authority, operator work status, and any professional partner requirements are cleared. No online request forms a service contract by itself.

Managed field data collection

BE THERE UAE receives a defined request, verifies scope and access, and assigns an approved field data collector. It is not an open marketplace and no request is automatically accepted.

No regulated acts by ordinary operators

An ordinary field operator observes, captures, records, and reports facts. They do not provide engineering inspection, valuation, brokerage, legal representation, guarding, investigation, medical care, negotiation, signature, or authority on the customer’s behalf.

Access, privacy, and recording

The customer must have authority to grant access and recording permission. People on site must be appropriately informed. Operators must stop when consent, safety, ownership, identity, or authority is unclear. Personal data is used only for the requested service, compliance, and security purposes.

Evidence, not a guarantee

Media, GPS, timestamps, and reports document what the operator captured. They do not guarantee completeness, authenticity of third-party statements, technical condition, legal admissibility, value, title, or absence of hidden defects.

Customer duties

  • Provide accurate identity, location, scope, and contact information.
  • Obtain all entry, owner, occupier, and recording permissions.
  • Disclose known hazards, restricted areas, and sensitive information.
  • Do not request unlawful surveillance, impersonation, pressure, cash transport, or regulated acts.
